¿Quién es? Who is he?

El proyecto musical Alamo está concebido por el músico Alberto Mosteirín y enfocado en la música americana, sobre todo en el blues de sus primeras décadas. El instrumento protagonista es la guitarra eléctrica de caja de puros, cigar box guitar. Su devoción por los sonidos viejunos; el encantamiento hipnótico que le producía el uso del bottleneck y su frotamiento sobre el mástil, el slide, le llevaron a encargar su propia cigar box a un constructor de Córdoba y dedicar parte de su tiempo al estudio del mismo.

En su reciente propuesta como "One Man Band", versionea también temas clásicos de rock e incorpora pedales de percusión que lo hacen sonar con más viveza y frescura.

The Alamo project is created by the spanish musician Alberto Mosteirín and it's focused on american music, particularly the blues of first decades. The main choosen instrument was the cigar box guitar. He always was a lover of vintage sounds and especially the use of bottleneck and the slide effects on the guitar fingerboard produced in him a hipnotical enchantment. So, he decided to order one of those to an andalucian constructor and started to learn it.

In his recent proposal as "One Man Band", he also covers classic rock songs and incorporates percussion pedals that make it sound more lively and fresh.
